Vize başvurusu işlem ücreti, başvuru esnasında Türk lirası cinsinden ve yalnızca nakit olarak ödenebilir. Vize harcı, üç aylık konsolosluk döviz kuruna bağlıdır ve yürürlükteki konsolosluk tarifeleri uyarınca her üç aylık dönemin başında (1 Ocak, 1 Nisan, 1 Temmuz, 1 Ekim) değişir.
Schengen vizesi (C tipi) (en fazla 90 gün): 90 Avro
Schengen vizesi (C tipi) (en fazla 90 gün) indirimli: 35 Avro
Schengen vizesi (en fazla 90 gün) – 6-12 yaş çocuklar: 45 Avro
Schengen vizesi (en fazla 90 gün) – 0-6 yaş çocuklar: –
Ulusal vize (D tipi) uzun süreli kalışlar için: 116 Avro
Ulusal vize (D tipi) eğitim amaçlı: 50 Avro
Vize başvurusunu iDATA şirketine yapmak için, vize idari harçlarına dahil olmayan bir ücret ödenmesi gerekmektedir. Türk Lirası cinsinden tutar kredi kartıyla ödenebilir.
Vize başvurusu reddedilse bile ödenmesi gereken tutar tahsil edilecektir; zira bu ücret vizenin verilmesi için değil, başvurunun idari işlemlerinin yürütülmesi için alınmaktadır.
Vize harcı, yalnızca başvurunun kabul edilemez olduğu durumlarda iade edilir (İtalya Büyükelçiliği başvuruyu inceleme yetkisine sahip değilse; başvuru, 810/2009 sayılı AB Tüzüğü’nün 9. maddesinin 1. fıkrasında belirtilen şartlara uygun olarak sunulmamışsa; 810/2009 sayılı AB Tüzüğü’nün 11. maddesinde belirtilen bir form eksikse; 810/2009 sayılı AB Tüzüğü’nün 12. maddesinde belirtilen bir seyahat belgesi eksikse…)
Giriş vizesi için acil işlem harç ücreti uygulanmamaktadır.

Visa application fees must be paid in Turkish lira in cash at the time of submitting the application. The amount payable for the visa is linked to the consular exchange rate, which is reviewed quarterly and subject to change at the start of each quarter (1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October), in accordance with the consular tariffs.
For Schengen Visas (Type “C”) (max 90 days): 90 Euros
For Schengen Visas (Type “C”) (max 90 days) at a reduced rate: 35 Euros
For Schengen Visas (max 90 days) – children between 6-12 years of age: 45 Euros
For Schengen Visas (max 90 days) – children between 0-6 years of age: –
National Visa (Type “D”) for long-term stays: 116 Euros
National Visa (Type “D”) for study purposes: 50 Euros
There is a fee for submitting visa applications through iDATA, which does not include the visa’s administrative fee. This amount can be paid in Turkish lira by credit card.
This fee is non-refundable in the event of a visa refusal, as it is payable for the administrative processing of the application, not the issuance of the visa.
The visa fee will only be refunded in cases where the application is inadmissible (for example if the Italian Embassy is not competent to examine the application, if the application was not submitted in accordance with Article 9(1) of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009, or if a form or travel document in accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 is missing).
Please note that there is no charge for urgent processing of entry visas.
