SELECTION OF GRANTS
The submitted applications will be evaluated by a Committee set up and chaired by the Embassy of Italy in Ankara and composed by representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and the Department of Italian Studies of Ankara University.
The selections will take place on June 19-20-21 in the premises of Casa Italia, Billur Sokak 5/7, Çankaya, Ankara with the following schedule:

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Only the students who have submitted a valid application will be taken in considerations for the study grants. An application is considered not valid if it does not meet the requirements specified in the ART. 1,2,3 and 5 of the “GRANTS FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS AND ITALIAN CITIZENS LIVING ABROAD AWARDED BY THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT. CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-2019”.
If an application is not valid, the student will NOT be interviewed and the incomplete application will NOT be examined.
However, the applicants for master’s degrees who have completed their Bachelor’s degree but who have not presented a certification, and the applicants of second year of a Master’s degree who have not presented an updated evidence of the exams taken in the first year, can send the additional documentation to ankara.culturale@esteri.it by June 15th. These students will be included in a “tentative list” for the interviews and will be called for interviews only upon presentation of the required documentation.
On the contrary, students who have not presented their Bachelor’s degree by June 15th will be considered not eligible for the Master’s degree.
