CALL FOR APPLICATION Master Temporary Uses – deadline April 30th

M-US-T Master Temporary Uses – Politecnico di Milano

M-US-T  is an advanced postgraduate course addressessing the planning, design, implementation, and management of temporary uses as valuable tools to support processes, projects, and intervention strategies for urban and territorial transformation at different scales. The Master aims to respond to the demand for tools and skills for temporary uses from several urban actors such as public administrations, real estate developers, citizens’ associations, activists, placemakers, and those involved in territorial animation.

The course will be held in English, from September 2024 to September 2025.

ITALIAN LANGUAGE TRAINING AND REFRESHER COURSE FOR TEACHERS OF ITALIAN L2/LS – deadline 28th April 2024

The University Language Centre SLAM of the University of Milan is organising, from 1 to 7 September 2024, the 2nd edition of the Italian language training and refresher course for teachers of Italian L2/Ls.

Lasting 25 hours, held by trainers who are experts in the subject, the course costs 690 euros including: course, teaching materials, accommodation and all meals.

Interested teachers should apply between 18 March and 28 April 2024 at 12 noon (Italian time). SLAM Centre will evaluate the applications giving priority to teachers working abroad and will draw up the list of successful candidates, announcing it by mid-May 2024. The fee must be paid between 1 and 15 June.

The Course is also recognisable as an Erasmus+ Staff training week.

 

CALL FOR APPLICATION “INVEST YOUR TALENT IN ITALY” (IYT) – deadline March 1st 2024

Scholarships awarded to Turkish students under the “Invest Your Talent in Italy” program are now open for the Academic Year 2024-2025.

Invest Your Talent in Italy offers you an opportunity to develop your skills through a range of Master’s and Postgraduate courses in English geared towards improving your academic, technical and professional skills.   • 1st and 2nd level Master “DESIGN FOR DEVELOPMENT. Architecture, Urban Planning and Heritage in the Global South (MDfD)” – deadline March 31st, 2024

International Master aimed at training professionals and consultants for spatial issues related to urban development in the Global South and in contexts of particular territorial and social fragility, who can operate on a supranational, national and local scale, in public bodies, private companies or third sector organizations.

  • 1st and 2nd level Master “TEMPORARY USES (M-US-T)” – deadline April 30th, 2024

International Master on topics related to reuse, large projects, landscape, public space, post-disaster and large events, aimed at outlining professional profiles capable of responding to growing market needs, such as reuse agent, designer, activator, manager of temporary uses.

An “Erasmus+ Erasmus Mundus Joint Master” programme

  • During the full-time program (23 months) EU and NON-EU students will have the opportunity to join an exciting international environment by spending terms in two or three different consortium universities.
  • The language of instruction varies according to the institutions chosen by the students depending on their language knowledge. At the end of the master course, the consortium universities provide a double or multiple degree.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – Scholarships for Bachelor’s and Master degree courses financed by Università degli Studi della Tuscia

Università degli Studi offers scholarships reserved for international students enrolling in the 2024/2025 academic year on a Bachelor’s degree courses or five-year combined Bachelor and Master’s degree courses (no. 7 annual scholarships of € 7,000.00) and on Master’s degree courses (no. 21 annual scholarships of € 7,000.00).

The scholarships are intended for students with a degree obtained abroad who intend to pursue their university studies in Italy.
